Budget Medicines Fix for recent High Cancellation rates
Sean at Budget Medicines advises that the high Cancellation rates that occurred last week have now been resolved.

".. revoked BM's merchant account. Visa continues as per normal. While orders were cancelled, each and every customer was personally contacted, and invited to submit a Visa, or even pay via direct bank transfer. Many of the cancelled orders have now been re-instated as customers begin the work week and receive their correspondence. We expect many more to revert to processing as the bank transfers come through and more customers receive their personal communications from BM. This applies to Seypharma as well.
A new merchant facility has already been approved by our banking partners. We are implementing and testing the integration and will re-enable Mastercard as soon as this process has passed our stringent testing routine. " - Sean
