Budget Medicines - Panic is over
PSP received some frantic mail from affiliates over Easter about Budget Medicines being down.
As it turns out BM were upgrading to a new server. The problem occurred when the data centre people decided to make the switch over Easter, without telling the BM team. The result was down time for about 16 hours.
BM are capable and responsible, which is why everyone got a surprise, but in true BM style, Sean is evaluating the downtime and compensation.
So the panic is over and as usual BM keep getting stronger and better. The new server will deliver better performance.
