GVP - Obtaining Back Pay Guarantees
20th July 2004
Generic V Pills (GVP) owes commission payments to many affiliates for
sales pre June 2004. Pharmacy Shark Patrol (PSP) is maintaining a close
follow up to assist affiliates obtain funds owed.
PSP has contacted GVP’s original owner and the new owner Skytouch/Overture
Pharmacy and the previous affiliate manager Team Affiliate regarding affiliate
back-pay. It is hoped that this approach may assist funds recovery.
This is our latest update for week ending July 18, 2004.
Mr Remtulla, who is based in Canada, is the original owner of GVP. Mr
Remtulla is to be congratulated for his commitment to repaying money owed
pre June. To quote from his correspondence received a few days ago:
" Rick, Sorry for the late response, I’ve been extremely
busy with the transition (transferring ownership).
To answer your questions, all affiliates will be paid their dues once
we receive the funds from pay-line, we still have our lawyer working
on this, and we will not be deducting the lawyer fees from the owed
commissions."
Additionally, the new GVP owner, Ashok Agarwal has offered everyone
a bonus in commissions to keep promoting GVP. I quote from the latest
correspondence with Mr Agarwal:
" … we would like to inform you that Skytouch was also
one of the creditors of GVP. ……total amount (oweing) was
more than 150000 USD.
…. GVP was at default in making payments and offered us the GVP
(data base and site) for takeover in consideration of the debts.
……. and under the agreement all the old commission will
be paid by previous owner but we would like to keep our affiliates happy
and work out some way for old dues.
Here is outline for making up Old Payments:
Skytouch will pay the 35% additional amount of commission earned by
affiliates till the old commission is fully paid.
For example if any affiliates earn a commission of $1000 from 4th July
onward to payment date he/she will get additional commission of $350
which will be adjusted against old dues. I hope this will be win win
situation for both of us.
All the commission of more than $500 will be send through wire. earlier
limit was set 1000 $."
It should be noted that Jonathan Miller, who previously managed the
GVP program is no longer involved with the program management. We thank
Jonathan for his efforts during a difficult time.
If you have any questions, please contact the editor of PSP. We can eiither
contact the respective GVP players or put you in touch with them. We believe
a cooperative approach will assist to build the business. We hope this
will help all parties recover money owed.
PSP is working to obtain a good outcome and ensure everyone gets their
money back. To achieve this we intend to follow up on exact payment details.
We appreciate all affiliates cooperation in this situation and as a basis
for action in the future.
