G V Pills Sink or Swim - Help or Hinder
3rd July 2004
Early this year many affiliates asked PSP for an opinion on G V Pills.
Our position remains unchanged and yesterday our stand was vindicated.
G V Pills sent out payments for recent sales on June 30th as they said
they would.
For what it is worth we will restate an opinion and the reasoning. This
reasoning is based on experience and self interest.
When you have a business relationship with an organisation trying to pull
through a difficult patch you either help or put them to the sword.
If you put them to the sword your chances of getting paid are obvious.
If you ever need help your chances of that are just as obvious. After
years in business we have many friends that are a huge source of mutual
support.
My personal opinion follows:
To begin with it is worth keeping in mind customers need to feel secure.
Stay positive by keeping customers informed and this will help strengthen
the whole OP business. The good thing here is that orders are uninterrupted.
If G V Pills were thinking of pulling the plug they would have stopped
and shot through like other groups that recently closed (eg. IHC, Wellton
and HMU).
G V Pills have gone from frying pan to fire with a first then a second
bad merchant processor. Through all this their suppliers supported them
- as did most affiliates.
G V Pills are still processing and delivering orders and now they have
a good merchant A/C. The first of their recovered funds were released
to keep faith with affiliates.
PSP will continue to work with GVP as their intentions appear to be good.
With good support we are all likely to get our money paid back faster.
Having said that I acknowledge it is hard to fund a big hole in commissions
- but hey - from where I have sat for 3 years in this business, it comes
with the territory. We recommend you divert your traffic away from GVP
and let people know they are experiencing difficulties but try not to
undermine.
Hopefully, G V Pills will get back up soon. When they do, I am sure your
stance will be remembered.
